I can’t remember how young I was when God gave me my life verse:
Seek you first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness;
and all these things shall be added unto you.
However, while I thought I was building my house upon the “Rock”, in my late teens I discovered that much of what I thought was a Godly foundation was actually just a religious system. So as a young adult, I left the religious paradigm. However, God had plans for me even though I was lost and couldn’t comprehend it.
In the process of time, God supernaturally and unexpectedly apprehended me and I responded. I instantaneously gave my life to Him. I went back to school and birthed our ministry. I was doing the best I knew but in spite of my best efforts, I didn’t realize that I was still under the cloud of religion that I had left when I was younger.
God began revealing Himself to me in some profound ways that are exemplified all through the Bible but foreign to mainstream Christianity today. As I began to pursue what He was revealing to me I began to see His love and majesty, along with my shortcomings. It was a rough ride for a while but I am so thankful that God didn’t leave me where I was.
I have great empathy for those who are stuck in unhealthy world systems, family systems, religious systems, in search of healing and wholeness, lost, looking for something real, tangible, relevant, and / or battling themselves, health issues, disfunction, generational curses, inner conflict, trauma or fighting the forces of evil in a multitude of ways. Many times many of these conflicts occur simultaneously and it can be quite challenging: Most of them I have lived through myself.
Not only does God love you for who you are (He created you), but He has a plan for you to be even more. Even now He is preparing for the greatest move of God that the world has ever seen. This revival will be different than any other the world has ever seen. It will be met with much resistance and the power of God will flow as never before. God wants you to be healed up, ready, and prepared to be a part of it.
Thanks for stopping in. I look forward to hearing from you.
